Cancellations
At Spring Parlour, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time. The deposit is non-refundable, to make another appointment, a new deposit will be required.
Fill policy
Lashes must be clean and washed. Appointments must be scheduled between 14 days of original set. Must have 40-50% lashes remaining. Technician has the right to refuse fill and charge full set price. No foreign fills
Deposit policy
In order to secure your appointment, we require a deposit of $20.00 that is non-refundable. This deposit will be applied towards the total amount due at the time of the service. Please note that by making this deposit, you acknowledge and agree to our policy that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or rescheduling of the service, product or event for any reason.We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but we must adhere to this policy to ensure we can continue to provide quality service and products to all of our customers.
